Mónica met Isha in a sort of beautiful serendipity. After a friend invited her to join Isha's FaceBook group, Liberated LatinX Womxn Lead the World, Mónica could barely believe it. She was so excited to find a group of women that were looking to spread the same message her and Tracy are hoping to. Tracy was not able to talk to Isha in this interview, but Mónica tries to tackle the topic of self confidence, the strength that women forget they have and how colonialism has create some very harmful stereotypes that we hold ourselves accountable. Plus, they throw in some of that puertorican or Boricua, slang here and there!
