SUZANNE

HOLY CRAP IT'S Anita Liberty! Mónica & Tracy get together with author and artist Suzanne Weber whose  alter ego, Anita Liberty, made a HUGE impact in their lives. Weber's book under Anita LIberty's name,  'How to Heal the Hurt By Hating' is the most gifted item in Mónica & Tracy's list. Her sense of humor is sharp and her bitterness gives a voice to a lot of women's angst. We discuss a listener submitted story where a Good Girl is trapped at work and dealing with an egotistical boss. She is torn because her only defense against him is flirting and she is not sure how to continue. You can read the story here. Suzanne brings a great perspective to our conversation along with some great humor and some very relatable stories.

The Center of the Universe. Yep, That Would Be Me

I CAN'T FIX THE WORLD.

I CAN ONLY SIT BACK AND CRITICIZE IT.

Welcome to the story of my life. Well, at least the story of my junior and senior years of high school. It's a profound, touching, and hilarious (if I do say so myself) tale told through cunning poems, revelatory diary entries, perspicacious (look it up) word definitions, shrewd bits of advice, and off-the-cuff (but brilliant) insights.

Hey. It’s me. Your baby. Let me say, first off, that I love you. I do. You’re a great parent. You do a lot of things right. I know how devoted you are to me and how invested you are in hitting this whole parenting thing out of the playground. Okay. Now that I’ve given you the validation I know you need, let’s get a few things clear . . .
